Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
  2. loans.com.au Pty Ltd ABN 18 082 587 095 Australian Credit Licence 395219, Level 40, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, telephone: (07) 3017 8899 is the promoter of this Promotion (Promoter).
  3. This Promotion commences at 12pm AEST Thursday 21 August 2025 and closes at 8am AEST Friday 29 August 2025 (Promotion Period).
  4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter.
  5. The prize is 3 x double passes to watch the Brisbane Broncos play the Storm at Suncorp Stadium, Thursday 4 September 2025, 7:50pm.
  6. To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must enter complete legible details in the competition entry form.
  7. An eligible person who performs the activities in clause 6 will receive one entry in the Promotion.
  8. The eligibility of entries and entrants and the awarding of prizes are solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
  9. Entries which, in the opinion of the Promoter, are incomplete, incorrect, or incomprehensible are not eligible to win.
  10. The winner will be determined by a random draw by computer generated selection of all eligible entries. The draw will take place at 8 am AEST on Friday 29 August 2025 (Draw Date).
  11. The winners will be notified on their contact telephone number on the Draw Date.
  12. If a winner forfeits the prize, the Promoter will conduct a re-draw of that prize by computer generated selection from all eligible entries. The new winner/s will be notified on their contact telephone number and in writing to their email address.
  13. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period.
  15. The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry is received by the Promoter.
  16. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
