Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.

This Promotion commences at 12pm AEST Wednesday 28 January 2026 and closes at 8am AEST Monday 9 February 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter (eligible person).
Three (3) winners will each receive a Broncos Premiers 2025 Pack (the prize/prizes), which includes:
1 x Broncos Premiership Tee (limited stock on sizes; size availability cannot be guaranteed)
1 x Broncos Premiership Hat
To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period, complete all required fields with legible details (including name, email, phone, and postcode) in the competition entry form and follow loans.com.au on the social media platform where they saw the giveaway post.
An eligible person who performs the activities in clause 6 is limited to one entry in the Promotion.
The eligibility of entries and entrants and the awarding of prizes are solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
Entries which, in the opinion of the Promoter, are incomplete, incorrect, or incomprehensible are not eligible to win.
The winner will be determined by a random draw by computer-generated selection of all eligible entries. The draw will take place at 9am AEST on Monday 9 February 2026 (Draw Date).
The winners will be notified in writing to their email address on the Draw Date.
If a winner forfeits the prize, or if the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 48 hours of the Draw Date, the Promoter will conduct a re-draw of that prize by computer-generated selection from all eligible entries. The new winner/s will be notified in writing to their email address.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period.
The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry is received by the Promoter.
The Promoter is responsible for arranging delivery of the prizes (including shipping fees) to the winners at Australian addresses only. Winners will be provided with a tracking number once the prize has been dispatched. The Promoter accepts (no liability for lost, stolen, or missing deliveries once the prize has been shipped).
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
