I had looked around for comparable rates and these guys were too good to go past. But then I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it al went! The process was excellent! Applying for credit is never fun but these guys were excellent. They were in constant contact; they answered the phone when I called; they had a very useful app that I could check and upload docs through; they were responsive to my requests and they were fast! The only issue I had was that I didn’t receive any notifications through the app at all and only stumbled upon a couple of messages by chance. That MAY have been me rejecting notification requests on set-up but I couldn’t rectify it through my notification settings so I just had to remember to check it daily. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again if I needed a loan. They were excellent!„
