Manage Your Loan
After the settlement of your loan, you'll be transferred from onTrack to our Smart Money app where you'll be able to manage your repayments and account details. From thereon, you can access your Smart Friends referral code for home loan or car loan any time.
Frequently asked questions
When your friend applies online or via the phone as a new customer, they need to quote your Smart Friends referral code. This will be recorded and remain on your file until settlement.

- You must be a current loans.com.au customer to be eligible to refer your friends and family.
- You will be ineligible for the Smart Friends program if your loan account has received any other incentive or rewards offer.
- You can share your Smart Friends Code individually with your friends and family. Please note that the Smart Friends Code is not valid if broadcast or published on the internet or in social media.
- Your friend must (i) be a new customer of loans.com.au (ii) start an online application and tell a lender your Smart Friends Code (iii) settle a new home or car loan with loans.com.au.
- Home loans - The limited offer referral payment is $1000 for home loans for each new customer referred who settles their first loan with loans.com.au between 1 December 2023 and 31 December 2026. Your friend who settles their first loan with loans.com.au between those dates will receive a limited offer payment of $1000 paid to their loan account. Note a new home loan customer application that has multiple borrowers and/or multiple loans is still eligible for only one referral payment. If the home loan settles outside those dates, it is only eligible for our standard Smart Friends referral payment.
- Car loans - The referral payment is $250 for car loans for each new customer referred who settles their first loan with loans.com.au. Your friend who settles their first loan with loans.com.au will receive payment of $150 paid to their loan account. Note a car loan customer application that has multiple borrowers and/or multiple loans is still eligible for only one referral payment.
- You will receive a notification when a referral payment is to be made to you. The referral payment will be paid to your loan account.
