Background
I was buying out my former partner's share of our house as part of the settlement of our separation so I needed to refinance. My former partner had done a bit of research on lenders and she suggested to have a look at you guys, so I did. How was your loans.com.au experience?
The software for uploading all of the documents for the application was incredibly easy. The onTrack app was very easy to use and it meant that the overall process was very easy. If loans.com.au needed additional documentation, then I just sent it through. I got the alert and uploaded the additional document.
This was a it was a super stressful time. Dealing with a separation and then also, as part of that, dealing with refinancing and buying my own house. I mean loans.com.au just made it very, very easy.
As a result, my former partner was able to settle on the house that she wanted to purchase. I got my house. It made an amicable settlement so much easier.
