We spoke with Sue, a Tongala-based accounts officer, about her car-buying journey and how loans.com.au helped make the finance process simple and reassuring.
Background
After doing a lot of kilometres in her Holden Trax, including regular long drives to visit her daughter several hours away, Sue decided it was time for something newer and more dependable.
“I did a lot of K’s,” Sue said. “There were a few problems, and I thought, I’m getting older, I better do something now rather than later.”
Sue originally wanted a petrol SUV that was larger than her Trax, reliable, and backed by a strong warranty. After visiting dealerships in Shepparton and Echuca, she ended up choosing a Chery Tiggo Hybrid.
