Loans.com.au cuts rates by 0.25%

Market-leading online-lender loans.com.au today announced it will reduce its variable home loan rate by 0.25 percent following the RBA’s announcement on Tuesday.

“Loans.com.au are very pleased to be able to extend the full rate cut to our customers,” said loans.com.au Pty Ltd Managing Director, Marie Mortimer. “It means they will save money every month on interest and own their home sooner.”

Despite other lenders deciding not to align with the full RBA rate cut, Loans.com.au are pleased to pass on the full benefit of a 0.25% variable rate cut, effective Monday 23^rd of May.

Loans.com.au offers an already low “Move Fast Special” rate which will now drop to a record low 3.63 percent (comparison rate 4.03 percent).

“Not all home loans are created equal and borrowers really need to check their contract to make sure they are getting a good deal,” Ms Mortimer said.
