Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.

2. loans.com.au Pty Ltd ABN 18 082 587 095 Australian Credit Licence 395219, Level 40, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, telephone: (07) 3017 8899 is the promoter of this Promotion (Promoter).

3. This Promotion commences at 7.00am AEST on 1st December 2020 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23rd December 2020 (Promotion Period).

4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter.

5. The prize is 1 x $2000 wish vouchers, drawn on the 24th December 2020.

6. To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period settle a home loan with loans.com.au. To enter the monthly draw the entrant must settle a home loan between the 1st of December and the 23rd of December.

7. An eligible person who performs the activities in clause 6 will receive one entry in the Promotion for the month in which their home loan settles with loans.com.au, which is drawn on the 24th December. An eligible person may perform the activities in clause 6 more than once to receive additional entries in the Promotion.

8. The eligibility of entries and entrants and the awarding of prizes are solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

9. Entries which, in the opinion of the Promoter, are incomplete, incorrect, or incomprehensible are not eligible to win.

10. The Promoter may request that a winner provide proof of identity, proof of age, or proof of entry validity (including satisfaction of the criteria in clauses 6, 8 and 9) in order for the winner to claim their prize. The adequacy of such proof is at the discretion of the Promoter.

11. The monthly winners will be determined by electronic draws with randomdraws.com.au service of all eligible entries within each calendar month. The draws will take place on the 24th December 2020 for those entries received during the previous calendar month.

12. The monthly winners will be notified on their contact telephone number and in writing to their email address as provided in their entry within one day of the draw dates. The winner’s details will be announced online at www.loans.com.au on the draw dates.

13. The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided in their entry. However, if the Promoter cannot contact the winner after 3 months from the date of the draw date, their prize will be considered forfeited.

14. If the winner forfeits the prize, the Promoter will conduct a re-draw of the Promotion by an electronic draw with randomdraws.com.au of all eligible entries on the first business day of the following month from the draw date. The new winner will be notified on their contact telephone number and in writing to their email address and will be announced online at www.loans.com.au on the re-draw date.

15. The prize will be a voucher sent to the winner by email.

16. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final subject to state regulations and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incorrect, incomplete or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotion Period.

18. The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry is received by the Promoter.

19. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

20. By entering this Promotion, entrants understand and agree that:

    • the Promoter may collect and use the information provided by entrants (including their personal information) to tell them about or market the Promoter’s products and services and the products and services the Promoter distributes on behalf of other organisations; and

    • any personal information which is provided by entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.loans.com.au/privacy-policy.
