In the lead-up to Christmas, our loans.com.au team were proud to support HeartKids by volunteering their time at a Christmas gift wrapping stall at Uptown Brisbane CBD. We attended six sessions in December. Alongside the HeartKids team, our staff spent the day wrapping gifts, sharing smiles, and chatting with shoppers as they prepared for the festive season.
It was a fun and rewarding experience that brought together community spirit while spreading awareness about HeartKids. Every wrapped gift helped raise vital funds to support children, teens, and families affected by childhood-onset heart disease (CoHD), while also helping make the holidays a little brighter for those doing it tough.
HeartKids is the only Australian charity dedicated to supporting people impacted by CoHD. Their team works tirelessly to ensure families receive the care, guidance, and connection they need, both during hospital stays and long after.
