As part of our ongoing commitment to the Women, Children, and Community program, 15 of our incredible loans.com.au staff joined forces with Eat Up to support hungry students across the country. In just two hours, our team prepared 2,023 cheese sandwiches, that’s 2,023 opportunities to help a child focus and learn in school.
Eat Up’s powerful mission is to feed hungry kids so they can learn, grow, and succeed. With the help of partners and volunteers, they deliver over 30,000 lunches each week and have distributed more than 4 million lunches to date. Due to growing cost-of-living, 77% of schools report an increase in students needing free meals. Childhood hunger affects students' physical health, emotional wellbeing, concentration, and learning outcomes.

We believe every child deserves a fair chance at education, and that starts with having the fuel they need to focus and learn.
