The whole process from application, approval to settlement was fast and easy. I refinanced from one of the big 4 after they were no longer open to negotiate and become a no brainer to leave them. A special thanks to Helen and Phill who both kept me updated throughout the whole process, I'm not easy contactable during the day with work commitments but they worked with me from start to finish. Would recommend 10/10!
