I recently had a loan approved with help from Andrew, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The experience was friendly, positive, timely and you get to work with a real human who genuinely wants the best outcome for you. All follow-up calls and documentation support with Lee were also made super easy, straight forward and he clearly explained everything. Super happy with my experience!

The team at loans.com.au have worked tirelessly to get our home loan refinanced, even during the Christmas/New Year holiday period with the process from initial application to formal approval taking only about a week even in this busy season.
