Hi my name is Flora, passion runs strong in my heritage, whether it involves family, cooking, fishing or anything I put my mind to.
What's your role and how long have you been with the company?
My role is Head of Sales with the Firstmac family and I am approaching my first anniversary.
What is your involvement with the loans.com.au Women, Children & Community Program?
I've participated in Darkness to Daylight for Challenge DV which represented lives lost to Domestic and Family Violence and I’ve participated in a volunteer day at Wesley Mission Queensland Brisbane Relief Hub.
What do you think of the Program?
I think it’s an amazing Program that helps the less privileged but also empowers the individual to help themselves.
Why did you choose Wesley Mission Queensland as your volunteer day?
I have found them to be a wonderful caring community service that supports a broad spectrum of people with wide varying needs.
What would you say to someone considering volunteering?
Would highly recommend everyone to join in and experience the gift of giving.
