Meet Kunal, a customer of ours who came to us when it was time to refinance some investment properties with his wife.

We sat down with Kunal and asked him a few questions on her experiences, challenges, and how he overcame them.
Kunal is a keen property investor who owns four properties, three of which are investment properties located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. He has been an investor in property since 2007. Kunal had refinanced to loans.com.au for his principal place of residence and two of his investment properties in 2019. In 2020, he purchased another property and borrowed from LCA.
