“ I had looked around for comparable rates and these guys were too good to go past. But then I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it al went! The process was excellent! Applying for credit is never fun but these guys were excellent. They were in constant contact; they answered the phone when I called; they had a very useful app that I could check and upload docs through; they were responsive to my requests and they were fast! The only issue I had was that I didn’t receive any notifications through the app at all and only stumbled upon a couple of messages by chance. That MAY have been me rejecting notification requests on set-up but I couldn’t rectify it through my notification settings so I just had to remember to check it daily. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again if I needed a loan. They were excellent! „

“ After shopping through numerous lenders where they offered interest rates in the high figures (7% and 9%), loans.com.au offered a low interest rate below 6%. Dealing with the organisation was easy and every person I spoke to was absolutely perfect. I will always recommend their services. If you need a loan, they’re your guys. “ From getting pre-approval to settlement, the team were easy to deal with and submitting documentation through the portal was an easy process. Ray the lending manager was extremely helpful - I'm a first home buyer and he was able to explain things clearly to me along the way, which is what I needed. Finance was done super quickly as well. Highly recommend loans.com.au. „

“ Extremely happy with these guys. I checked them out initially for their low rates but was most pleased with the various team members who helped arrange my loans, especially Ray the lending manager - absolute legend and he deserves a raise - such a great guy who sorted us out all along the way and explained everything very clearly. The entire team were all very patient as it took a long time for us to find a property, including a few false starts at auction. No wait times on the phone with them either. 100% recommended, especially after my experience of being with a major lender for a long time and paying above market interest rates for my loyalty. „
